Bend Night Sky Alliance (BNSA) is making a coordinated “Lights Out” effort for this fall’s bird migration in collaboration with many associated environmental organizations. The Lights Out project is an annual national event sponsored by the National Audubon Society, reducing light pollution during peak fall migration to help our migratory bird populations.
